📋 Description

• Oversee the successful execution of email marketing campaigns for clients. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following contract execution. • Take over client relationships from the sales team and ensure a smooth onboarding process. • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. • Manage client expectations regarding campaign timelines, performance, and deliverables. • Conduct regular performance reviews and status updates with clients. • Identify opportunities for account growth and renewal. • Coordinate campaign launches with internal scheduling and operations teams. • Ensure all campaign assets, targeting requirements, and technical specifications are received and approved. • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle. • Analyze campaign results and recommend optimization opportunities. • Manage campaign reconciliations and delivery reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, client services, or customer success. • Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or media operations. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Experience working with performance-based advertising models such as CPA and CPC. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
