📋 Description

• Complete foundational clinical research training and gain project and system experience • Perform billable project tasks supporting CRAs and Clinical Operations Leads • Develop skills across Project Support, Initiation CRA support, and Site Facing support • Complete the ACRP Entry Level Knowledge Assessment (CRKA) • Apply in-class concepts through day-to-day work with CTMS, Electronic Data Capture, Safety Information Systems, and TMF platforms • Accompany CRAs for observational and co-monitoring support during on-site or remote visits • Build and maintain clinical site relationships • Address and resolve site issues and questions as the sites’ sole point of contact • Manage site quality and delivery from site identification through close-out • Conduct frequent travel to investigator sites, with at least five visits per month and approximately seven days on site • Progress toward independently performing CRA responsibilities and successful monitoring after completing the four-month APEX program • Support clinical trials delivered by Parexel, a global clinical research organization serving the life sciences industry

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in life sciences/data sciences/pharmacy or other health related disciplines • Up to 24 months maximum experience in clinical research • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills within a matrixed team • Experience working in a self-driven capacity, with a sense of urgency and limited oversight • Client-focused approach and flexible attitude toward assignments and new learning • Ability to manage multiple tasks, evaluate unpredictable scenarios, achieve project timelines, and apply understanding of study protocols • Honest and ethical work approach • Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn new systems quickly • Ability to travel 80% of the time • Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future • Spanish or French language capability considered beneficial • Must be available to start October 12, 2026 • Must be able to attend in-person training in Raleigh, North Carolina, during the week of November 9, 2026 • Must live in the West or Central US regions: California, Washington, Idaho, Michigan, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, or Illinois
