📋 Description

• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective FSP services • Drive business growth and maintain customer relationships • Ensure regulatory compliance • Lead and collaborate across FSP programs • Optimize resources and promote operational excellence and customer satisfaction • Plan budgets, allocate resources, manage costs, and prepare financial reports • Ensure revenue, hiring, profitability, and margin targets • Monitor customer contracts and identify cost-saving or revenue-generation opportunities • Advise and provide strategic direction to FSP management teams on program-level margin improvement • Oversee development and management of workforce infrastructure supporting FSP programs • Lead strategic initiatives establishing FSP as a core service offering across multiple functional areas • Develop scalable FSP solutions, service-delivery frameworks, and standardized approaches • Implement cross-functional quality standards • Develop performance metrics and standardized reporting mechanisms • Establish knowledge-sharing practices between FSP teams • Identify process-harmonization opportunities while maintaining regulatory compliance • Develop tailored FSP service offerings and specialized solutions • Identify opportunities to expand FSP services into new functional areas • Develop targeted business-development strategies • Build relationships with key stakeholders for the assigned FSP program

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of FSP Data Management leadership experience in a CRO setting • Minimum 3 years of previous line management experience • Direct experience with FSP Program Leadership in the Data Management function • Direct experience with FSP resourcing projections, billing, and financial tracking • Experience with workforce forecasting, billing processes, and financial tracking in an FSP context • Comprehensive understanding of FSP operational requirements across multiple therapeutic areas • Knowledge of regulatory requirements • Experience developing and implementing FSP solutions for diverse client types • Ability to identify and address unique challenges of FSP service delivery in different functional contexts • Understanding of distinct operational needs and regulatory frameworks governing clinical trials • Experience building and managing cross-functional teams with expertise in multiple therapeutic areas
