📋 Description

• Partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and Strategic Business Units to identify, qualify, and prioritize Oncology opportunities • Craft creative solutions for sales campaigns and strategic opportunity pursuits • Advise Sponsors and internal teams using Oncology expertise to develop competitive solution models • Create customer-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors • Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions, meet client needs, and convey the value proposition • Define bid pursuit content and integrate considerations into request for proposal strategies • Support or participate in bid pursuit meetings • Provide strategic and technical leadership in pre- and post-sales activities and consultancy • Support clients through the pre-award process and promote solution adoption • Maintain knowledge of relevant products, pipelines, industry trends, and global regulatory changes • Bring market requirements and client feedback into Product Management and solution development • Participate in discovery sessions, solve complex business issues, and present solutions to clients • Support Strategic Business Unit-specific targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in the Life Science industry and Clinical Research Organization environment • 5+ years of experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical, or operational strategies • 5+ years of Oncology expertise with experience in design, operational conduct, and successful global delivery of solutions • Willingness to travel up to 30% • Strong understanding of the commercial ecosystem and awareness of industry trends in Oncology • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills across all business levels • Ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and build strong cross-functional relationships • Ability to maintain a strategic view while applying pragmatic approaches to delivery • Independent thinking and flexible approach to work assignments and developing new capabilities • Ability to manage multiple varied tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, understandable, and compelling manner • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
