📋 Description

• Support Parexel’s Business Development, Sales and internal stakeholder teams with accurate, timely and customer-ready information and intelligence • Manage and support Requests for Information (RFIs) and RFP-related activities from intake through final quality review • Understand customer requirements and identify and coordinate appropriate subject matter experts • Research information, draft and compile responses, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented • Prepare experience, headcount, staffing, and capability data using Parexel’s internal systems and databases • Maintain content in Loopio, SharePoint and Highspot • Respond to ad hoc information requests • Work with Global Sales and Business Operations teams on writing, compilation, and functional-area coordination for final RFI deliverables • Gather global experience data with the GXDB group and format tables into blinded/customer-friendly templates • Run SEMS data reports from the database and present them to requesters • Manage multiple deliverables according to customer-driven timelines • Work across the company with various subject matter experts • Manage strategy calls and keep timelines on schedule • Manage all deliverables to the highest quality

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences • 3 years general work experience • English language skills • Potential to understand analytical data • Verbal and written communication skills • Client focused approach to work • Ability to act professionally and with a high degree of maturity when dealing with confidential and sensitive information • Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail • Willingness to work in a matrix environment and value teamwork
