📋 Description

• Collaborate with proposal managers and sales leaders to develop persuasive, differentiated proposal content • Conduct market and therapeutic area research • Contribute strategic insights to planning meetings by identifying client needs and recommending study approaches • Ensure feasible, high-quality solutions • Own proposal development from strategy through delivery • Manage timelines and ensure stakeholder alignment • Maintain and enhance proposal and contract templates • Contribute to case studies and thought leadership materials • Share lessons learned to improve processes • Mentor and support junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• FSO & FSP proposal writing experience within the CRO industry • Very strong proposal and/or contract management experience from a CRO or similar organization • FSP experience highly advantageous • Exceptional eye for accuracy and quality • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities • Clear, impactful writing ability • Understanding of clinical research across different regions and cultures • Experience working in multinational environments • Ability to collaborate across all levels, from frontline staff to senior executives • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), design tools, and database systems • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Communication, Design, Business, or equivalent field • Fluency in English and local language, written and oral • Comprehensive understanding of FSP models, clinical study conduct, and contractual frameworks • Proven ability to craft compelling, differentiated proposal strategies
