📋 Description

• Maintain a detailed understanding of the bank’s policies and compliance programs such as complaints, social media, incentive plans, e-sign act, udaap, etc. • Work directly with line of business teams to implement process and procedures changes necessary to adhere to internal policies and compliance programs. • Assist the Business Risk and Control Program Manager in producing reporting to highlight the status of implementation of certain initiatives and tracking of outstanding tasks. • Interact with and influence business line staff in the implementation of certain procedures of processes to drive consistency in approach where appropriate across the bank. • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the financial services industry preferably in project/program management, risk management, compliance, internal audit, quality control/assurance, or an operations function. • High School education required. • Preferred Bachelors or better in Finance or related field.
