📋 Description

• Assist with on-site property inspections and final review of appraisal reports • Focus primarily on inspection requirements, with 50%+ travel per month • Perform final review of client deliverables for inspected jobs to ensure USPAP compliance • Verify subject property site and physical improvement descriptions, as well as surrounding area descriptions observed during inspections • Oversee preparation of necessary exhibits and memos illustrating inspections • Travel frequently to on-site properties based on assigned work requests • Manage travel arrangements and associated expense reports • Participate in internal and external client meetings as needed • Build relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation, and ensure quality and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Permanently reside within the state of Minnesota, preferably close to the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area • Issued and active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least 1 state, with willingness to become licensed in multiple states • Active Certified General Appraiser License, required; applicants without a CG license will not be considered • Bachelor's degree, preferably (but not required) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another relevant field • Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal • Active driver's license and ability to easily travel between states • Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management strongly desired • Prior experience and expertise with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Teams • Must be able to drive to asset tours; airline travel may also be necessary • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and via email • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading printed sources and computer screens • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
