📋 Description

• Responsible for all aspects of gift entry across all donor constituencies, from grassroots to principal giving, and from multiple gift channels. • Collaborate cross-functionally to suggest and implement updates to gift processing and tracking procedures. • Ensure established gift accounting standards and best practices are consistently followed. • Prepare all invoices for the Individual Giving team to submit to Finance for payment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Public Administration, writing, or relevant field of study or a combination of work experience and education that yields the minimally required competencies • Four (4) years of work experience in business management, fundraising, human resources or similar field • At least two (2) years’ experience using Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge and NXT platforms for gift processing, acknowledgement letters, and reconciliation with a financial team. • Preferred Qualifications: • Fluency in French, Portuguese or Arabic • Experience with non-USAID-funded projects • Two (2) or more years of work experience in development with an understanding of annual giving and its relationship to major gifts, direct marketing, and finance. • Experience processing large quantities of gifts on a weekly basis and producing financial reconciliation documentation for auditing.
