• Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. • Understand client needs and objectives and ensure products or services meet those expectations. • Monitor account performance and ensure timely delivery of solutions. • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue. • Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and performance metrics. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure client success. • Resolve any issues or complaints quickly and effectively to maintain trust. • Maintain accurate records of account activity, and communications.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevant role. • Minimum experience in transportation of 5 years • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience in Transportation, final mile specifically. • Project management skills and ability to multitask. • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value.
