📋 Description

• Deliver 1:1 bi-weekly coaching sessions via live Zoom calls focused on overcoming learning blockers and improving job performance • Build trust with working adults in frontline and supervisor roles, sustain motivation, build confidence, and provide accountability • Provide real-time verbal feedback through practice roleplays and interactive activities • Create a non-judgemental space for reflection and goal setting • Explain key concepts and skills clearly, check understanding, provide practice opportunities, and deliver constructive feedback • Provide one-on-one support with planning, prioritization, deadlines, and seeking additional support • Help learners identify real-world opportunities to apply new skills and co-design incremental steps toward long-term goals • Document concise coaching notes and send follow-up actions within 72 hours • Track learner progress and trends, sharing insights and escalation needs with the team • Participate in coaching team meetings, ongoing training, and playbook development

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with a track record of effective 1:1 support • Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner-level expectations • Experience providing support such as study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement • Previous professional experience in one or more of the following areas: financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, data analytics • Previous professional experience in education (classroom teaching, 1:1 tutoring, professional training, etc.) preferred • Previous professional experience in banking/financial services preferred • Coaching certification (ICF, BCC, ICC, or similar) preferred
