📋 Description

• Educate employees on benefit plans, coverage options, eligibility requirements, and enrollment deadlines • Guide employees through enrollment using designated platforms and carrier systems • Answer benefit-related questions accurately and empathetically • Troubleshoot enrollment issues and technical challenges • Identify concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and support timely resolutions • Maintain current knowledge of benefit plans, enrollment requirements, compliance considerations, and industry best practices • Support enrollment projects for various employee groups • Serve as a trusted resource throughout the enrollment process • Work with employees, enrollment teams, and benefit administration platforms • Support evening and weekend schedules during peak enrollment periods

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 6 months of employee benefits enrollment experience • Experience working with enrollment software platforms and carrier benefit systems • Active insurance licenses required for all states associated with assigned enrollment projects • Strong understanding of employee benefits, enrollment processes, coverage options, and eligibility requirements • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong customer service skills • Ability to troubleshoot enrollment platform issues and guide employees through system-based enrollment processes • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • Ability to work remotely while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and productivity • Experience supporting multi-state enrollment projects (valuable addition) • Background assisting employees during open enrollment or benefits communication campaigns (valuable addition) • Familiarity with a variety of enrollment platforms and carrier systems (valuable addition) • Experience conducting virtual enrollment meetings or one-on-one employee counseling sessions (valuable addition) • Additional insurance licenses beyond required project-specific states (valuable addition)
