📋 Description

• Providing high quality graphic design solutions for a wide variety of internal and external corporate and marketing communication projects for Dolphin • Working as part of a team that includes a multimedia designer and a copywriter to develop both print and digital work • Ensuring that brand identity standards are applied and maintaining accuracy throughout revision cycles • Designing and producing various marketing communication materials across a variety of media (print, collateral, web, electronic, packaging, apparel, and promotional items) • Conceptualizing and developing logos • Preparing detailed artwork packages for development • Collaborating with Multimedia Designer on relevant projects when necessary • Coordinating logistics for annual Dolphin Meeting and other industry offsite events • Taking lead in design, configuration, and upkeep of trade show booth properties • Performing other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in design or equivalent related experience • 2 - 4 years professional graphic design experience • Strong competency in design principles and proficiency in software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite • An eye for great typography along with a refined design sensibility • Proven ability to work with software developers, creative directors, designers, copywriters, account service teams and clients • Strong communication skills, having the ability to listen well, ask questions and solve project-related challenges • Must be able to communicate with all levels of department and company personnel and also relevant outside vendors • Passionate about current design trends, new approaches, personal skills growth • Ability to prioritize and manage work and meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment • Must provide a portfolio of design work that demonstrates strong graphic design and typography • Proven self-starter and highly motivated, a fast learner, and comfortable taking the initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously
