📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mid- to large-scale signage projects • Support national-level accounts • Coordinate all project phases from proposal development and onboarding through engineering, manufacturing, installation, invoicing, and closeout • Coordinate projects and assure on-time delivery • Contribute to proposal, onboarding, delivery, initial contract, and acquisition-of-order phases • Interpret code, review sign families, and recommend art • Prepare proposals • Support projects through engineering, manufacturing, installation, and invoicing • Review designs, specifications, estimates, contracts, and engineering drawings to direct sign projects • Manage communications among customers, landlords, subcontractors, and permitting departments • Negotiate with subcontractors and establish subcontractor guidelines • Issue purchase orders and manage installation costs • Manage closeouts and accruals • Post project information and status updates accurately and promptly in customer and internal business systems • Independently maintain national-level accounts • Proactively mitigate risk and independently manage multiple complex project portfolios

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager • End-to-end project management expertise • Resource coordination • Risk management and problem-solving • Familiarity with installation and invoicing workflows • Basic project management skills • Good communication and organizational abilities • Previous Sign or Equivalent Industry Experience • 3-5 years of experience • Advanced project management skills • Ability to multitask between multiple high-priority projects • Experience leading larger, more complex projects • Capable of running volume of $1.5–$3M • Ability to lift and handle materials or samples weighing up to 25 lbs • Ability to visually inspect signage proofs, samples, or installations for accuracy and quality • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods • Occasional ability to stand, walk, or move throughout a production or fabrication facility
