📋 Description

• Ensure consistent quality of estimates reviewed and/or written by the Claims Force team • Complete accurate and timely estimate and documentation reinspections through technology platforms • Focus on estimate, documentation, and commentary audits for specific job types • Document findings and communicate with Claims Force leadership and franchisees • Coach team members and franchises on opportunities to improve their estimating and documentation performance • Collaborate with carrier contacts to ensure alignment with contract and guideline expectations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or related field • 5 plus years’ experience with industry estimating/estimate review/estimation • Xactimate and/or Cotality Level 1+ certification • IICRC WRT, ASD, FSRT certifications actively held • Subject matter expert-level knowledge and performance excellence within the insurance industry • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
