📋 Description

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Support individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, grief, family conflict, and other behavioral health concerns • Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support positive treatment outcomes • Participate in clinical consultation and supervision as appropriate • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation • Manage an agreed-upon caseload and service expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field • Active DC License (LPC, LGPC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent) • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams • Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families (preferred) • Experience in outpatient, community-based, school-based, or behavioral health settings (preferred) • Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches (preferred) • Experience serving diverse and underserved populations (preferred)
