📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals within the workers' compensation population • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-focused therapies • Address anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and vocational counselors to coordinate care and facilitate return to work • Advocate for clients within the workers' compensation system • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution • PsyPact Passport IS REQUIRED • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests and measures • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional guidelines and regulations • Experience working with individuals within the workers' compensation population is preferred • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
