📋 Description

• Design and evolve global compensation strategies that align with business priorities and talent goals • Lead the development of scalable salary structures, benchmarking frameworks, incentive programs, and equity approaches • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure compensation programs remain competitive and effective • Use market intelligence, analytics, and workforce insights to guide compensation decisions and recommendations • Drive enterprise-wide compensation reviews, job architecture improvements, and governance processes • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve compensation workflows and employee experiences within Workday and related systems • Influence senior leaders through data-driven recommendations, presentations, and strategic guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience designing and leading global compensation programmes • Direct experience managing equity and stock option programmes within a privately held company • Strong Workday knowledge, including process optimisation, system improvements, and scalable job architecture design • Experience partnering with business leaders and influencing stakeholders at senior levels • Demonstrated expertise using compensation benchmarking tools and market data to inform strategic decisions • A proactive, ownership-minded approach with the ability to thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly • A passion for continuous improvement, automation, and creating exceptional internal customer experiences. • Preferred Sales compensation and commission plan experience
