📋 Description

• Create end-to-end content experiences guiding users through product journeys • Develop messaging frameworks, voice principles, and content strategies aligned with user needs and business outcomes • Shape voice and tone for emerging product experiences across touchpoints • Manage and improve content in content management systems and product experience platforms • Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and stakeholders • Use user research, experimentation, analytics, and feedback to refine content and engagement • Build and maintain content standards, governance models, and scalable content systems • Mentor teammates and contribute to continuous learning, creativity, and innovation • Explore and apply AI-powered tools and workflows to improve content quality, efficiency, and user outcomes • Influence strategic decisions, product adoption, engagement, self-service experiences, and long-term product success

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating UX content, content design systems, or product content strategies • Portfolio showcasing impactful content experiences and user-centered thinking • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt as priorities evolve • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and content best practices • Experience with content management systems and product guidance platforms • Ability to use data, research, and experimentation to inform content decisions • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience leveraging AI tools, agents, and emerging technologies for content creation and workflow efficiency • Familiarity with collaborative product delivery environments and modern project management practices • Valid right to work in the United States • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment ID verification, reference requests, and qualification checks
