📋 Description

• Participate in and assist with product demonstrations • Quantify the impact of proposed changes and align customer requirements, opportunities, and objectives • Conduct engaging, concise, and tailored product demonstrations • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Paylocity’s product suite, releases, and enhancements • Communicate clear and detailed solutions regarding Paylocity products, processes, and timelines • Assist internal partners with functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs • Analyze client challenges and provide innovative solutions tailored to specific needs • Prioritize client satisfaction and retention • Identify and document client needs • Coordinate with internal teams on custom programming, custom reports, integrations, and alternative solutions • Recommend ideas based on market, product, and competitive knowledge • Participate in conferences, tradeshows, and other events • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Advisors, Product Development, OPPs, and Release Management • Partner with Service, Current Client Consultants, and Inside Sales partners to win business

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record working with a fast-paced sales force or service organization • Strong presentation skills • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Organized and analytical approach • Ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches • 2–3 years of HCM industry experience in sales or an operations role required • Familiarity with Paylocity products preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required • Availability five days per week during designated work hours • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds as needed • Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods • Ability to travel occasionally
