📋 Description

• Build best-in-class financial operations, data accuracy, forecasting capabilities, and actionable analyses • Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting and workflows, and improve efficiency • Maintain rigor, discipline, accuracy, consistency, and accountability across FP&A and the business • Analyze business trends and metrics and develop ways to influence business direction • Partner with teams across the organization to drive efficiencies, best practices, and optimal risk taking • Drive operational improvements across all three financial statements • Learn and use Adaptive Insights in daily workflows • Perform ad hoc scenario analyses that drive actionable business changes • Lead the assigned portion of the monthly close process • Investigate and resolve close-process issues and communicate findings to peers and business partners • Help develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives • Present high-quality materials and analyses and participate in related business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience or related experience • Relevant experience in SaaS/technology, PE- or VC-backed, high-intensity environments • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Steady career progression • SaaS business model experience is a strong positive • Ideally, experience with go-to-market and top-line FP&A reporting and analytics within SaaS • Experience forecasting and analyzing ARR, bookings, pipeline, and revenue drivers • Excellent Excel skills, or ability to develop them quickly • High analytical ability and keen attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders • Proficiency in Excel • Prior use of Adaptive Insights or another FP&A planning tool • Ability to work hard in a high-expectation environment • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employer sponsorship questions include OPT and H1B visas
