📋 Description

• Own three-statement financial modeling, monthly reporting cycles, and the scalable data architecture that provides actionable insights for executive leadership • Design AI agent workflows to automate repeatable finance tasks—such as revenue forecasting and variance analysis—increasing team capacity and precision. • Lead annual and long-range planning processes, translating corporate objectives into rigorous financial goals and business plans. • Develop frameworks to analyze business trends and identify the key performance metrics that influence company-wide decision-making. • Drive the analytical support and execution for equity and debt fundraising initiatives to ensure long-term growth and IPO readiness. • Manage external financial reporting and strategic analysis for board meetings and investor inquiries. • Serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders in GTM, Product, Legal, and other parts of the organization on financial planning, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth technology startup. • Exceptional financial modeling skills combined with a practical ability to build or configure automations (no-code or code) and integrate AI agents into financial data flows. • Demonstrated experience documenting complex processes and redesigning workflows around what automated systems and AI can achieve (Cowork and Claude Code preferred). • Proven track record of owning outcomes with defined KPIs and making data-driven decisions in high-stakes environments. • Strong data visualization skills, with a continuous drive to seek process improvements and automate data quality checks (SQL a plus!). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with executive management and influence strategic policy.
