📋 Description

• Deliver expert training and support in English and French to new and existing customers on Dealer Management Software. • Conduct virtual training sessions to guide customers through the software implementation process. • Provide onsite training for new software installations in person. • Manage and deliver all assigned training sessions independently. • Ensure timely handling of assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers. • Participate in cross-training opportunities and support a positive team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (French and English) • Travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and full driver’s license are required • 1–2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus on Sales • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
