• Own outbound prospecting across all channels: phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking. • Independently identify, target, and qualify new radiology practice, imaging center, and healthcare organization opportunities. • Maintain consistent daily activity metrics including calls, emails, meetings scheduled, and follow-up tasks. • Take direct ownership of pipeline development. • Drive introductory meetings and presentations forward. • Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners in a timely and professional manner. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot CRM. • Track prospect interactions, sales stages, activities, and pipeline progression. • Generate reports and provide updates on sales activity, lead status, and opportunity development. • Attend targeted radiology, healthcare, and revenue cycle management conferences and networking events. • Assist with proposal development, presentation preparation, and sales collateral distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred • 5 or more years of sales, healthcare business development, or account management experience with a proven track record • Experience in healthcare and radiology is essential • Medical billing or revenue cycle management background preferred • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail • Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship-building activities • Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and meetings.
