📋 Description
• Overseeing construction crews and ensuring work is completed to client specifications • Coordinating crews on-site to complete client requests • Ensuring crews stay on schedule to meet client needs • Ensuring all safety guidelines are followed on the job site • Tracking completed footage and coordinating with office staff • Serving as a liaison between upper management and construction crews • Serving as on-site knowledge resource for construction crews.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a Driver’s License in good standing • Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening • Must be at least 18 years old • Willing to travel 20% - 30% • Experience with drills, excavators, locators, and trenchers required • Must have at least 3 years of experience managing small teams
