📋 Description
• Overseeing construction crews and ensuring all work is completed to client specifications • Coordinate crews on-site to complete client requests • Ensure crews stay on schedule to meet client needs • Ensure all safety guidelines are followed on the job site • Track completed footage and coordinate with office staff to keep accurate records of completed work • Serve as a liaison between upper management and construction crews • Serve as on-site knowledge resource for construction crews
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a Driver’s License in good standing • Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening • Must be at least 18 years old • Willing to travel 20% - 30% • Experience with drills, excavators, locators, and trenchers required • Must have at least 3 years of experience managing small teams
