📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives • Provide expert advice on software solutions and strategies to meet client requirements • Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions aligned with client goals • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of proposed solutions • Lead and mentor a team of software developers • Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle • Manage and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards • Monitor project progress and communicate with stakeholders • Participate in hands-on software development, including coding, testing, and debugging, when needed • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices • Enhance and optimize software development processes • Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions • Ensure knowledge transfer and help clients maximize software benefits • Create comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • A minimum of 4 years of experience in software consulting • Proven experience as a Senior Software Consultant or a similar role • Strong proficiency in software development, with expertise in multiple programming languages • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends
