📋 Description

• manage the project workflow and report preparation to both Nova and our Client standards and deadlines • engage in communication with Field Managers on project requirements, progress, and QAQC review of technical ESA reports • responsible for the review and submittal of the Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) report by the Field Manager • resolution of outstanding report issues • use knowledge of industry guidelines to ensure proper report documentation • accountable for the technical merit of the Nova reports delivered to our clients • may also be asked to perform ESAs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience completing and/or managing Environmental Site Assessments • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline • Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with ASTM designation • Proficiency with ASTM E1527-21 • Experience conducting Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and other specialty project scopes preferred • Proficiency with Quire report writing platform is preferred • Experience in the management/review of related due diligence projects • Ability to analyze assessor findings to ensure the ESA accurately reflects the site observations and historical information reviewed • Ability to coach assessors, both employees and associates, to complete accurate and scope-compliant deliverables • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines • Strong technical writing skills and proven attention to detail • Ability and willingness to work effectively as a member of the Nova Deal Team to support the Client needs and goals • Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Comfort using mobile technology and open to new technological solutions • Valid state driver’s license (position requires motor vehicle record & background check) • Ability to meet annual medical monitoring requirements if required for state licensing • Proficiency in Property Condition Assessments is preferred, but not required
