📋 Description

• Define which care gaps, risk signals, and clinical information the assistant should surface • Translate clinical shorthand into precise, checkable criteria • Shape the content, order, and length of pre-visit summaries • Specify clinical search requirements and complete-answer criteria • Review and score AI-generated risk flags, differentials, and treatment plans • Explain gaps between model outputs and physician reasoning • Build real-case evaluation sets and clinical-standard-of-care rubrics • Pressure-test product and design decisions against real clinic workflows • Contribute to benchmarks and technical reports, with clinical co-authorship available • Work directly with founders to own clinical direction in a full-time founding clinical role

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible • Currently practicing or recently practicing • Internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, or an adjacent specialty; primary care and multi-specialty experience especially welcome • Day-to-day fluency in an EMR such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athena, ModMed, or similar • Ability to explain why a clinical judgment is correct • Comfortable with ambiguity and direct feedback • Genuine interest in AI in medicine, including its failure modes • Clinical informatics training or CMIO-adjacent experience is nice to have • Experience with quality measures and value-based care programs, including HEDIS, MIPS, CPT Category II, and HCC coding, is nice to have • Prior work advising or building health tech products is nice to have • Research or publication background is nice to have • Experience training residents or fellows is nice to have
