📋 Description

• Support and supervise field work focusing on Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. • Lead team members by supporting lifting operations of equipment at heights over 250’. • Oversee lifting operations following skills verification of large components. • Conduct safe and efficient repairs to all Wind Turbine electrical systems. • Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as an Authorized Person. • Conduct pre-task planning, Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs), and Risk Assessments (RAs). • Interact with vendors and customers in a professional manner. • Properly document all work in various electronic formats and provide feedback for business improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of direct product experience on Siemens Gamesa Platforms. • Direct turbine specific experience is required. • Ability to read and interpret schematics by various Wind Turbine manufacturers. • Main Component Exchange (MCE) experience required with additional knowledge in lifting operations. • SGRE Green Profile preferred. • Detailed knowledge and skill in generators, converters, controllers, and electrical equipment. • Ability to recognize potential issues and major faults.
