• Lead and strengthen strategic contractor relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. • Engage directly with program team to develop forward-looking strategies. • Develop and facilitate custom training initiatives aligned with program objectives. • Perform ridealongs with contractors to reinforce training and/or areas that require improvements. • Regularly collaborate with contractors to improve performance and address issues. • Promptly address and resolve program and contractor concerns. • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. • Analyze data and use standard email and Microsoft programs.
• Must be located in Kern County, California. • Ability to travel up to 80% locally within Kern County Area and potentially other parts of PG&E service territory. • Valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum level of automobile insurance • 2+ years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, with a solid understanding of the contractor landscape and networks. • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with individuals and businesses from diverse backgrounds. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Enthusiasm for sustainability, energy efficiency, and the mission of our organization. • Natural Gas Appliance Testing Technician (NGAT) certified or willing to obtain once hired. • Strong computer skills, including ability to utilize basic functionality of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
