📋 Description

• Responsible for all new hire Mental Health Professional training including Netsmart myAvatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, agency policies and procedures. • Provide clinical support and training in the Netsmart myAvatar Electronic Health Record (EHR). • Maintain and update Netsmart training materials, distribute reports to clinical leadership, and attend to support and training requests of MHPs and other clinical roles. • Make recommendations on the clinical appropriateness of correction requests that are submitted. • Provide additional support for tasks related to myAvatar as requested. • Attend the myAvatar CWS calls, utilize Netsmart Connect, and review other resources to support the clinical practices and workflow of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling or social work • Current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE) • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Mental Health Professional is required. • Excellent clinical, organization, and presentation skills • A passion for training and development of other Mental Health Professionals • Effective written and verbal communication skills • The ability to multitask and problem solve as needed • The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
