• Facilitate in-person training sessions at designated learning hubs, ensuring an interactive and engaging learning environment. • Conduct virtual training sessions using appropriate platforms, catering to the needs of remote associates. • Deliver operational courses covering various aspects of automotive sales and service, including product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures. • Assess associate performance and comprehension during training sessions through various evaluation methods, such as quizzes, role-plays, and simulations. • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to associates to support their continuous improvement and development. • Work closely with managers of training, learning and development teams, instructional design teams and operational leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives. • Communicate effectively with associates, learning hub staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of training activities. • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for on-site training sessions at different learning hubs. • Manage logistical aspects of training events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or relative work experience. • Proven experience in delivering training sessions. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in virtual training platforms and multimedia tools (e.g., Microsoft --Office Suite, Workday Learning, etc.) • Willingness to travel periodically up to 50%.
