📋 Description

• Design and develop sales training programs tailored to field sales representatives. • Perform field rides and coach field sales personnel. • Establish a platform for ongoing peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. • Support strategic pull through of marketing and sales strategy in your region. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for training delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
