📋 Description

• Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and replacing components and entire systems • Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment • Respond to service calls promptly, including emergency call-outs • Complete daily work reports accurately and on time • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally • Travel extensively to remote telecom shelter and cell tower work sites • Perform occasional after-hours, weekend, and overnight service work

🎯 Requirements

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required) • 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance; commercial experience preferred • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, preferred • Effective verbal and email communication • Ability to comply with OSHA/FCC/FAA/EPA standards • Must reside within 60 miles of Barre, Vermont • Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend call-outs • Ability to travel extensively each day independently • Ability to drive to remote work sites • Ability to work outdoors in ambient temperatures • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds • Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
