📋 Description

• Administer customer HSE compliance activities within Avetta, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, Achilles, and other contractor management platforms • Maintain customer-facing company profiles, safety information, questionnaires, written programs, OSHA records, incident metrics, EMR information, certifications, and compliance documentation • Monitor qualification status, platform dashboards, grades, deficiencies, expiration dates, renewals, and outstanding actions • Review customer HSE requirements and identify gaps in Pearce programs, procedures, training, or documentation • Develop responses and corrective actions with HSE subject-matter experts, Operations, and stakeholders • Serve as a central point of contact for customer compliance requests • Support customer onboarding and prequalification by completing questionnaires and coordinating responses • Provide HSE documentation for proposals, RFPs, bid submissions, and customer qualification packages • Track customer requirements, qualification status, renewals, corrective actions, deficiencies, and submission deadlines • Coordinate employee training and certification documentation required for customer qualification • Support customer audits, compliance reviews, scorecards, and platform assessments • Analyze compliance trends and recurring deficiencies and recommend process improvements • Develop standardized documentation, response templates, compliance matrices, and reference materials • Verify customer-facing HSE information is accurate, current, supported, and consistent • Strengthen customer compliance governance, platform management, document ownership, renewal processes, and accountability • Prepare reporting on qualification status, deficiencies, expirations, corrective actions, and compliance risks • Support internal and external audits • Assist with standardized customer compliance procedures and governance processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HSE, customer compliance, contractor prequalification, safety administration, or a related field • Experience administering Avetta, ISNetworld (ISN), Veriforce, Achilles, or comparable platforms • Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, incident metrics, EMR, training and certification records, written safety programs, and customer HSE qualification requirements • Experience managing customer prequalification documentation, questionnaires, compliance submissions, renewals, and corrective actions • Ability to manage large volumes of documentation, expiration dates, customer-specific requirements, and recurring deadlines accurately • Ability to review customer requirements, identify compliance gaps, coordinate responses, and escalate significant risks • Strong organizational and project-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and take ownership of customer compliance activities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems • Ability to travel up to 10% within the United States
