📋 Description

• Evaluate responses of teacher candidates. • Successfully internalize training and scoring guide. • Participate in discussions. • Apply the scoring guide according to rubric requirements while putting aside personal biases. • Meet quality and productivity requirements established for the scoring program. • Engage with other scorers in consensus scoring activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a teaching credential corresponding to the content field. • Be teaching or have taught within the last three years at the appropriate grade level. • Or serve or have served as a faculty member teaching courses taken by students enrolled in a teacher preparation program or district internship program. • Or hold a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree and be a graduate student currently teaching courses in the content field. • Be a resident of Oklahoma or California with eligibility to work in the United States. • Have basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse). • Have the ability to meet via online meetings using a personal computer with web camera, microphone, and speakers. • Have the ability to sit for extended periods of time. • Have the ability to maintain a confidential work environment.

• Recently retired and current educators, who meet the qualifications, are encouraged to apply. • All work is conducted Monday through Friday between 8:00am-4:00pm PST. • Sessions last 1 day and occur 5 times a year. • Training and review are part of every session. • Flexibility to work scoring sessions which suit your availability. • This position is not bonus eligible, and information on benefits is here.
