📋 Description

• Support the launch of Clarity Pediatrics' behavioral health services in Arizona • Assist with commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations • Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch • Participate in 1–2 user research interviews about the Arizona provider and patient care landscape • Identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space • Facilitate introductions to local pediatric key opinion leaders where appropriate • Potentially deliver future clinical services, including structured virtual group therapy for parents and caregivers • Support ADHD and co-occurring-condition care, including anxiety and autism spectrum disorder

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist • Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers • Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred • Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements • Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models • Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred • Arizona state residency required • Reliable, secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free setting for fully remote care • Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents • Experience running structured therapy groups • Experience with diagnostic assessments, including ADHD diagnostic assessments • Experience using assessment tools and outcome measures • Ability to manage clinical sessions, meetings, administrative responsibilities, and documentation • Experience adapting to new technology, tools, or electronic health record systems • Availability to start the 1099 consultant role • Willingness to provide detailed responses to required screening questions
