📋 Description

• Support the launch of Clarity Pediatrics' behavioral health services in Washington • Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations • Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch • Participate in 1–2 user research interviews to understand the Washington landscape, including provider and patient attitudes toward care • Identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate • Potentially deliver clinical services in the future based on mutual interest and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Washington license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist • Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers • Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred • Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements • Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models • Active Washington Medicaid enrollment preferred • Washington state residency required • Access to a reliable, secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free setting • Comfortable providing fully remote care
