📋 Description

• Support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Washington • Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations • Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch • Participate in 1–2 user research interviews about the Washington provider and patient care landscape • Identify local key opinion leaders in pediatrics and facilitate introductions where appropriate • Support clinical readiness, credentialing, licensure, and launch activities

🎯 Requirements

• Washington state residency required • Active, unrestricted Washington medical license • Board-certified Pediatrician • Active DEA registration • Ability to credential with commercial and government payers • Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred • Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities • Active Washington Medicaid enrollment preferred • Independent Contractor (1099) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Employer sponsorship information required in application
