• Facilitate structured, virtual treatment groups for parents and caregivers, including evidence-based programs for ADHD and anxiety • Deliver group curricula consistently and with clinical fidelity while adapting facilitation to each cohort • Create a warm, engaging, psychologically safe group environment • Help parents understand and apply evidence-based behavioral health strategies at home • Manage group dynamics, participation, discussion redirection, boundaries, and scope • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with behavioral health and multidisciplinary teams when families need additional support or a different level of care • Participate in training, consultation, and ongoing quality improvement • Maintain availability for recurring cohorts and continuity throughout group programs
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field and active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC; or doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) with active psychologist licensure • Currently licensed in California • Open to obtaining licensure in other states • Experience working with parents and caregivers of children and adolescents • Experience supporting families with behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns • Experience delivering evidence-based parent-focused interventions via telehealth • Experience with children and families impacted by ADHD, anxiety, or related behavioral health concerns • Experience facilitating groups, classes, workshops, or other structured clinical or psychoeducational programming • Strong group facilitation and clinical communication skills • Ability to use structured, evidence-based curricula and clinical judgment • Tech-savvy and able to learn quickly • Reliable availability for recurring group cohorts • Access to a reliable, secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free setting • Willingness to provide services during peak hours (6–8 pm PT and/or Saturday 8 am–2 pm PT) for a minimum of 2 hours per week • Spanish proficiency is nice to have • Experience facilitating virtual therapy or psychoeducational groups is nice to have • Licensure in additional states is nice to have
• Flexible part-time hours: 8–25 hours per week • Group operating hours of 9 am–8 pm PT, Monday–Saturday, with after-school and evening groups • Dedicated care coordination team for cancellations, rescheduling, documentation requests, and billing • Remote-first work culture • Collaborative care model and multidisciplinary team • Peer consultation and expert-led clinical guidance • Clinical leadership and training from ADHD specialists and researchers • Ongoing professional development opportunities • CME/CEU support • Regular team case consultations • Spanish proficiency pay differential
