📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, focusing on diagnosis and medication management • Collaborate with MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians • Complete administrative work and clinical documentation accurately and promptly • Contribute to implementation, evaluation, and iterative development of care programs • Help improve care models, workflows, and clinical tools • Pursue opportunities in program development and leadership activities based on interest and company needs • Deliver virtual care during operating hours of Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm Pacific Time, and Saturday, 9am–1pm Pacific Time

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice medicine in California • Active California medical license required • Board certified in Pediatrics • At least 5 years of patient care experience • Spanish-speaking • Experience prescribing treatment plans, including administering and managing ADHD stimulant medication • Experience working with families from different cultural backgrounds • Willingness to receive ongoing training and support in delivering culturally responsive treatment • Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine • Confidence using an electronic medical record and telemedicine tools • Excitement about joining a startup and interest in learning new technologies and tools • Reliable, secure internet connection in a private, distraction-free setting for fully remote care • Availability for some evening or weekend hours • Additional state licenses are nice to have, or willingness to obtain them with company support
