📋 Description
• Support the launch of behavioral health and medical services in Arizona • Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes • Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation • Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations • Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch • Conduct user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape • Identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
🎯 Requirements
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license • Board-certified Pediatrician • Active DEA registration • Ability to credential with commercial and government payers • Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred • Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities • Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred • Arizona State residency required
