📋 Description

• Own the host (supply) side of Peerspace's online venue-rental marketplace • Lead host onboarding and activation, listing quality, and host management tools • Talk with hosts, analyze data and CX conversations, and understand pain points, marketplace operations, competitors and market trends • Translate insights into solutions balancing host needs, guest experience and marketplace health • Engage CX and Supply Operations stakeholders throughout development • Define, instrument and own business outcome metrics • Present options and recommendations to executives and cross-functional partners • Drive execution and ensure teams deliver customer value and business outcomes • Shape the long-term strategy for host success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a two-sided marketplace, ideally focused on the supply side • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and experience shipping products that moved them • Track record of turning user insights into products • Ability to develop product roadmaps and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations • Track record of owning measurable business outcomes • Ability to present multiple options with a clear point of view and influence executives and cross-functional partners • Inclusive, open-minded, self-aware and eager to continuously learn • Passion for product and excitement about Peerspace's mission
