• Oversee the technical design and engineering of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope and successful project completion • Review and select process equipment, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements • Coordinate between field construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring the integrity of the engineering design • Lead customer reviews, addressing technical concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals • Collaborate with Plant Manager to resolve issues that arise • Collaborate in teams to drive continuous improvement of processes and systems, applying Lean methodologies and concepts • Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards • Promote safety through proper design of processes and equipment selection • Follow safety protocols and practices while working in the plant • Submit weekly progress reports to senior management • Manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, meeting customer expectations • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned
• Ability to oversee and manage projects from design to completion • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work effectively within teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat • Ability to work effectively in remote settings • Proficient in AutoCAD • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management • Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering and/or construction • General construction knowledge (preferred) • Experience in chemical industry (preferred)
