📋 Description
• Manage a caseload • Draft motions and status reports • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions • Join the growing Connecticut practice group • Represent insurance carriers and their insureds in litigation across Connecticut and New York jurisdictions • Collaborate with attorneys in a stimulating, collaborative and congenial environment
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice in Connecticut • New York admission is a plus • 1 plus year experience litigating insurance defense cases in Connecticut State courts, including handling depositions • Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required
