📋 Description

• Serve as the subject-matter expert on allied health career pathways, healthcare occupational trends, and the healthcare labor and employer market • Formulate how Penn Foster wins in healthcare across B2C and B2B channels • Identify new market segments, program concepts, and partnership opportunities • Prioritize investments that improve learner outcomes and business results • Own the healthcare portfolio investment strategy and maintain a program roadmap • Ground portfolio decisions in market evidence, unit economics, accreditation requirements, and learner outcome goals • Monitor the competitive landscape, including competitor launches, pricing, partnerships, and positioning • Monitor healthcare employment trends and translate them into portfolio implications • Write evidence-based program strategies with measurable definitions of success • Track portfolio performance and diagnose and address underperforming programs with relevant teams • Work cross-functionally to advance the portfolio without direct authority • Partner with Finance on healthcare P&L and unit economics • Travel as needed for market research, conferences, and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field preferred • 8+ years of experience in product/portfolio strategy and/or strategy consulting • Meaningful exposure to the healthcare, allied health, or healthcare workforce/education space • Experience developing strategy spanning both B2C and B2B go-to-market motions • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Comfort working with enrollment, outcomes, and financial data to build a business case • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners without formal authority • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands in a fast-paced, matrixed environment • Prior experience in online education, workforce training, or healthcare education strongly preferred • Must reside and perform work within the United States • Must be willing and able to travel as needed • Must complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements • Must complete federal employment eligibility verification through Form I-9
