📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the EWM workstream • Report to the EWM Global Business Process Owner - Delivery SAP S/4HANA • Lead and support implementation projects • Conduct GAP and fit-gap analyses • Analyze requirements and design, develop, and test SAP solutions for EWM/IM processes • Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Perform hands-on S/4HANA configuration for inbound, outbound, delivery, cycle counting, warehouse setup, and material movement • Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams on end-to-end processes and integrations • Lead or contribute to unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning • Create and maintain business requirements, functional/technical specifications, test scripts, and other project documentation • Recommend EWM best practices and innovative solutions • Drive continuous improvement to optimize system performance and user experience • Provide functional expertise and production support, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions • Mentor junior team members and contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing • Travel 30% to Pentair facilities for go-lives and hyper-care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field • 8+ years of professional experience in related fields • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM processes • Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with direct involvement in EWM process design and deployment • Experience working in Agile environments and with project management tools such as Jira, Scrum, and Kanban • Strong knowledge of EWM processes and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems • Proficiency in configuration and testing of SAP S/4HANA EWM modules • Experience developing functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Active SAP EWM Certification (S/4HANA), or related modules (preferred) • 30% travel is required • External candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance of a Pentair facility
