📋 Description

• Lead, plan, and execute assigned Medical Education programs for Penumbra’s Neurovascular product lines and applicable therapies • Drive timely execution of program logistics and on-site management without on-site supervision • Collaborate with the Medical Education Director, Programs Managers, and Operations Manager on program execution and process implementation • Partner with the product team to align education with clinical messaging, product strategy, and marketing initiatives • Lead agenda and content creation, attendee registration, logistics coordination, and on-site clinical support for CE programs, workshops, case observations, and national/regional educational events • Maintain standard program templates and develop templates for pilot programs • Maintain and update agenda templates and speaker slide decks • Develop and maintain a structure to facilitate on-site program support • Ensure program compliance with FDA and company guidelines, legal, regulatory, HCC, QMS, security, privacy, and quality-system requirements • Provide quarterly program analysis updates and medical education resource guidance to Area Directors and sales teams • Develop and analyze program metrics, attendee feedback, utilization trends, and educational outcomes to improve processes and program effectiveness • Build and maintain relationships with faculty, sales, inter-departmental teams, and third-party vendors • Complete HCC requests and coordinate timely expense submissions in accordance with the Sunshine Act, as appropriate • Guide and mentor Medical Education Program Coordinators, Associates, and Specialists • Maintain clinical and disease-state knowledge and create effective, accurate Medical Education learning solutions • Understand competing products and their applicability to disease treatment • Perform other assigned work-related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant medical education and clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience managing multiple complex programs and events simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments while handling multiple projects simultaneously • Business travel of 60% or more, including weekends • Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds • Ability to move between buildings and floors • Ability to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment for extended periods • Ability to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets • Ability to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies as needed • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels daily
