📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle technical searches across Engineering and adjacent functions for PCT clients • Partner with founders and VP-level leaders to qualify roles, align hiring criteria, and advance searches • Build and coach clients through structured, high-signal interview processes • Conduct talent mapping and competitive analysis • Create sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications and referrals • Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines • Screen and evaluate senior and staff-level technical talent • Track pipeline health, pass-through rates, and search progress • Use data to optimize recruiting approaches and communicate updates to clients • Collaborate with PCT Technical Sourcers on targeting strategy and search execution

🎯 Requirements

• Majority of career spent in technical recruiting inside product-led or SaaS companies • Experience owning senior and staff+ technical searches end-to-end • Experience hiring across Engineering and several adjacent technical functions: Product, Design, Data, Security, or QA • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize independently • Experience working with a genuinely high talent bar • Boolean search, talent mapping, and high-volume outreach skills • Strong written communication skills • Comfortable using an ATS; Ashby experience is a plus but not required • Daily use of AI tools beyond familiarity with ChatGPT • Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders • Technical recruiting experience is emphasized, though the application form states it is not required for consideration
