📋 Description

• Develop, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive air traffic and technical training programs supporting NAS modernization • Translate FAA operational procedures, system requirements, and technical information into clear training • Develop or maintain instructor-led training, virtual learning, simulations, exercises, job aids, and performance-based assessments • Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on instruction to operational and technical personnel • Partner with FAA SMEs, engineers, system integrators, instructors, and program teams • Maintain training materials, curricula, schedules, qualification records, and required documentation • Provide subject matter expertise on FAA air traffic operations, procedures, and NAS environments • Identify training risks, gaps, and readiness concerns and develop mitigation strategies • Maintain accurate training records and drive continuous program improvements • Travel to CONUS and potentially OCONUS deployment locations

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • One of the following education/experience combinations: bachelor’s degree and 12 years’ relevant experience; master’s degree and 10 years’ experience; associate degree and 14 years’ experience; or high school diploma and 16 years’ experience • Experience in air traffic training, instructional design, technical training, training development, and/or training program execution • Strong working knowledge of FAA air traffic control operations, procedures, and terminology • Experience developing training materials, lesson plans, presentations, exercises, simulations, job aids, and/or performance assessments • Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and/or hands-on training • Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability and willingness to travel 50% in support of program requirements • Must reside within the contiguous United States
