📋 Description

• Support growth opportunities for the Health, State & Local Sector • Serve as a core member of a capture team • Lead the design of innovative, cost-effective, mission-relevant solutions spanning systems engineering, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure • Work with Business Development, delivery accounts, and Corporate Offerings teams to develop solution strategy and approach aligned with customer objectives and requirements • Combine industry point of view, technical knowledge, and mission understanding to generate value propositions and approaches for Government customer challenges • Develop technical solutions, competitive costing, and business case alignment for Government client proposal requirements • Collaborate with business leaders to design solutions and key parameters before costing activities • Articulate solutions during governance reviews with senior management • Identify and evaluate solution risks and create mitigation strategies and plans • Establish relationships with Peraton partners to drive high-quality solutions and compelling value propositions • Position Peraton to deliver end-to-end mission value to program sponsors • Interact with customers to gain insights into their needs and support shaping activities • Translate solution benefits for strategic and tactical sponsor audiences • Translate innovation and R&D into differentiated customer solutions with technology leadership • Maintain a network of contacts across government, OEMs, and competitors

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting successful technical solutions for large, complex opportunities and proposal submissions for US Federal and/or State/Local Government customers, including cyber and infrastructure solutions • Ability to work effectively independently and in team settings • Ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts, Program Managers, proposal managers, and Business Development teams • Ability to determine customer requirements in complex and ambiguous environments • Ability to communicate in a variety of formats with varying levels of stakeholders • Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate at senior and executive management levels • Expert knowledge across a broad range of mission-focused and technology services and solutions • Strong customer focus • Advanced cyber certifications, such as CISSP, GSLC, or similar • Must be a U.S. Citizen
